Click and print the coupon below for a great deal (Don't forget to mention the coupon when you call.)! Also, if we do a repair on your system, we'll include a system cleaning at no extra charge (An $80 value!). Take advantage of this offer soon, it won't last long!
Does your refrigerator seem to be running an awfully long time (or constantly?) to maintain a consistent temperature?
First, vacuum or brush off the cooling coils. As dust builds up, the unit's ability to cool the system is greatly reduced. The coils are generally either on the back or at the bottom of the unit. If you don't have a coil brush, give us a call today and we can UPS one to you.
Second, take a look inside and make sure that the blower vents are clean and clear. Worst thing you could do is have an item blocking the flow. If they are dirty, try cleaning them with warm water with just a drop of dish soap.
What is flat-rate pricing vs. hourly?
Flat-rate pricing is a pricing scheme where each item has it's own price. The best thing about flat-rate is that it doesn't change not matter how long the job may take. If hourly pricing is used, you get charged for every minute the technician is on the job.
"I keep hearing the term '90+ furnaces.' What exactly is that?"
90+ is a shorthand name for high efficiency units. Anything that is rated for over 90% efficiency is designed to make better use of your fuel source and translate that into usable heat for your home. They may cost a little more up front for the equipment and installation, the savings in energy bills over the life of the unit is considerably more.
